How Out-Of-Network Benefits Work

If your plan is out-of-network with our office, you may still be able to continue care with us using out-of-network benefits.

  1. You would pay at the time of your visit

    We offer a discounted rate for self-pay.

  2. We provide a superbill

    We can provide a superbill and supporting documentation so you can submit a claim to your insurance company.

  3. Your insurance may reimburse you, depending on your benefits (not guaranteed)

    Reimbursement depends on your plan's out-of-network benefits and may be applied toward your deductible and coinsurance. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

If you’d like to understand your expected reimbursement, ask your insurance provider about your: out-of-network deductible, coinsurance, and reimbursement rate.
